Return & Refund Policy

At Unc, every item is made to order. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Misprinted or incorrect items
  • Items lost in transit

If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us at uncclothing@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
